In this project developed for the defense and automotive supplier industries, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy sheets ranging from 0.5 mm to 30 mm were processed with top precision tolerances.
Project Scope & Technical Capabilities
Sheets cut on our 15kW CNC Fiber Laser machines were formed with sub-millimeter accuracy following 3D bend simulations on CNC press brake lines. Welded assembly and electrostatic powder coating were also completed in-house and delivered with comprehensive CMM quality inspection reports.
